Welcome to Lock It Up Poker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lock It Up Poker mobile application ("App") and related services provided by EvermoreDev ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lock It Up Poker is a mobile application that enables users to:

• Create and manage poker games with friends
• Send and receive game invitations
• Track game statistics and history
• Communicate with other players
• Access game-related features and tools

The App is designed for entertainment purposes and does not involve real money gambling.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms

5.2 Content License

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by EvermoreDev and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EvermoreDev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App or contacting us to request account deletion.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EvermoreDev operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Sending you a notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EvermoreDev regarding your use of the App.
